Glue, baby, glue! We help everyone stick together. First, we recruit new members and tell them about our exceptional organization #blessed. Then, we create smaller socials where newer members can start connecting. Lastly, we complete the circle by facilitating interactions and connections within the member body so that all the great members of our organization stick together.
In addition to giving back to our community, the nycTIES mission also includes building connections between young professionals. From professional networking, to fun social activities, to fundraising for our charity partners, the Events team makes it happen! The Communications team is responsible for delivering news and updates to nycTIES members through our monthly e-newsletter and featured email blasts. We also promote our organization and activities publicly through our website and social media channels. Charity Management is the heartbeat of nycTIES. If you're creative, interested in strategic partnerships and developing impact-focused programming, this is the team for you. Planning our monthly volunteer events, connecting with our nonprofit partner and furthering the mission of NYC's greatest organizations are this team's top priorities. No event planning experience is necessary, just passion and big ideas!
