What are your first thoughts on what the nycTIES' mission of accountable philanthropy has instilled in you?

nycTIES has showed me that I can contribute to charities through more ways than simply providing funds or volunteering my time. I can be a much more creative philanthropist than I ever thought.

My post-work drink is a Diet Coke because I'm probably still running to another event after this. My drink on a first date is a Jack and Coke. Show 'em I can role with the punches.

In your words, how would you describe the personalities of nycTIES' Members? Would they scare you, add to your professional or social networks, or just give you something to write home about?

They add tremendously to my professional and social networks because they have become my good friends .

In the dance world, anyone who can articulate movement to the utmost precision. In the business world, Jamie Oliver and his ideas on social entrepreneurship.

An all you can eat buffet-but the classy kind, not Old Country Buffet. That's because there's something for everyone and everyone can eat/do as much as they want.

Describe a moment/experience when I knew I was a true fan of nycTIES

I will never forget when the parents and students of The Children's Storefront were literally singing with joy because we had secured an ice skating rink for them at Lasker Rink. They were so grateful to have something that was their own.
