What has been your favorite charity to work with and why?
A soup kitchen in the Bronx. The Church running the soup kitchen wanted to empower attendees with the opportunity to shop, and set up a system for them to select the goods they needed without feeling like they were receiving handouts. It was one of the few experiences I’ve had where the organization truly empathized with a cause and put themselves in the other person’s shoes.

The first happy hour I attended. Everyone was so welcoming and I felt like I could learn and make an impact here
